Not only that, but Imu-sama also couldn't go after Sabo and properly corner him without being discovered by the people around, and we know that in terms of hierarchy, Sabo is number two and stronger than Karasu and Morley. Even though Imu is limited to AOE attacks and appearing in public, he still managed to quickly subdue Sabo, delivering a critical piercing blow to him, while Fujitora was being restrained by Karasu and Green Bull failed to defeat a mere fodder like Morley, even with his DF powers.
