It's simple, Shiryu cannot permanently scar Kaidou neither can he block Hakai even momentarily.
He's simply not on KoH Zoro's level, especially if he doesn't wield CoC coating.

I can see Oda writing something of that sort for Jinbe.

So it would be, Luffy & his 3 Commanders beating Gorousei & then Dragon taking one out (like Wyper/Kyros/Inuarashi taking out one of Arc Villain's Henchmen).

Still not sure about Dragon.
Dragon has more the "he fights Imu, but Imu takes him down as a hypetool, revos act more like a support force".
My bet would be
Luffy vs Imu.

And, for the remaining 4 Gorosei (saturn loses here on egghead):
Zoro
Sanji
Jimbe
Either Law or Usopp (this here is more of a wishful thinking than anything xD, but Law is a real contender).
