The Rogue Prince
If OP was a seinen, I think it would be interesting if Mihawk was a bastard child of Imu. Alot of Imu's actions in the latest chapters, like referring to himself in the third person, cutting up the posters of the Ds, and ranting about the poneglyphs makes me think that Imu can be irresponsible and somewhat childish, and the first character that came to mind when thinking about rulers like that would be Robert Baratheon lol. That would explain the eyes.

Another theory that I have is that Imu's family, the Nerona family came from the same island as Mihawk did. Mihawk gives me former royalty vibes. The Nerona family could have intermarried with the Dracula family before abandoning the kingdom for Mary Geoise, which would make Mihawk an indirect descendent of Imu.

I'm not sure if the Vivre Card revealed what sea Mihawk was born in, but he lives on an island that's a ruined, abandoned kingdom. We know he was betrayed at some point too.

Your speculation about awakening being two souls in one body is interesting. Maybe only mythical zoans have red eyes when they awaken?
Yea he def gives me royalty vibes. Just look at other pirates drinking , while there is an aura of refinement around Mihawk as he sits back and sips wine.

I think any Zoan awakening leads to this tbh. Basically Zoan fruits have minds of their own like the Gorosei said.

Above big mom? Lol, what has he done to be above big mom???

He needed CoC to beat a YC and the best he could do against kaido was a little wound that kaido didnt even care about 10 seconds later.

He still has a LOT to do in order to beat someone who fought with kaido on equal ground for 4 days.

Let him surpass yamato, remaining YC1s and at least one admiral before claiming he can beat a yonko lol.
Oden is above big mom and Zoro has surpassed him already. And that same YC has one shotted big mom also. It's obvious you're reading 2 piece

Yeah it could be a thing that happens to every awakened zoan user. On second thought, that Actually makes way more sense. Remember the Impel down awakened zoans? Maybe their human minds lost to their zoan minds and that's why they're so animalistic.

The Gorosei knowing about zoan fruits having a mind of their own makes a lot more sense now that we know they are (probably all) zoan users lol

Nobody insecure,

You guys just never learn and it is boring

The story is about Luffy’s journey
Nobody else saves the country other than Luffy
Nobody will have the last main fight after luffy in any arc!
Nobody will have a fight after Luffy fights Imu and saves the world
No one else having the highlight at epilogue than other luffy

Zoro isn't co-main character
He's not Luffy’s rival or equal
His dream isn't important as Luffy’s

Stop expecting him to get feats or do stuff that is only reserved for Luffy
Depends how closely Oda wants to follow Journey to the West.

In JTTW, Wukong's job was to escort Sanzang as the actual MC.

I'm not saying Zoro is Sanzang or that Oda will do that. But that would be one hell of a twist if he did. Though with a name like SANzang, and much writing depth, my money wouldn't be on Zoro COUGH.

- It is implied that since Shanks lost his arm Mihawk was regularly fighting and beating Shanks' relative from the Holy Knights. However he has stopped doing that when he came back from the East Blue two years ago.

@Dark-Abel are my fake spoilers accepted?

It's amazing how irrationally angry even talking about Mihawk gets people :risitavirus:

Btw, do you think the theory that Mihawk is old might be valid? Basically, the theory is that just like his namesake of Dracula, Mihawk is very old and has lived centuries. This could connect him to the Void Century and the over arching backstory of OP. I think it would be cool if it was true. Kinda contradicted by Mihawk's listed age but those have been incorrect before iirc
Dracula means son of the devil, that's more interesting than Mihawk being a vampire or really old which isn't the case because he was a teen during Roger's execution.
