Before JJK volume 0, Gege wrote a one-shot titled No. 9.
The main character of the one-shot is named "Sukumo"
Sukumo has a bottomless toolbox of collected weapons and relics that he can use.
Look at the writing for when Sukumo says "open" to draw a weapon from the box. Notice anything?
It's the exact same writing for when Sukuna says "open":
Now these similarities could be coincidences or just little callbacks to the one shot, but the fact that the character
names and designs are similar and that Gege clearly had the idea of a character saying "open" to draw out tools
before writing JJK indicate that Sukuna's innate technique will probably be something similar.
This would also fit with the fact that Yorozo gave Sukuna a "tool" that we don't see anywhere, implying it's stored
in his shrine.
