i'm sure that eventually we will find out that devil fruit users cannot go to laugh tale due to the sickness that affected buggy and toki which will be chopper's greatest moment in the series once he finds it.



The sickness is also the reason why both roger and shanks crew are exclusively made up of non df haki users.
