Luffy is supposed to be a little cringe, so this fits lol. Just hope they‘re never gonna do a live action of anything post Enies Lobby since it needs a lot of CGI and the CGI sucks at first glance.

he is a very cartoony character, super optimistic and positive, and stuff

i think the actor is giving his best, and there's a charm to it

but it's also pretty much impossible to pull it off

Luffy is super cringe overall, but it works because it's manga / anime, in live action that shit doesn't fly

Luffy - He got the good energy but the CGI is brah. His fight will be CGI fest.
Zoro - Actually looks good among the bunch Lmao.
Nami - The wig is weird.
Usopp - Dunno how to feel.
Sanji - Missing eyebrow is a huge minus. Although his fight will probably be good along with Zoro.
