Given how the attack damaged BM, imo chances are that he was using some degree of CoA on those horns. Probably just basic hardening, but haki nonetheless.

When Devil fruit users use armament haki hardening and devil fruit together the haki is not only black but has flame shaped ends. Eustass Kid did not use any form of visible haki in Wano.

When Devil fruit users use armament haki hardening and devil fruit together the haki is not only black but has flame shaped ends. Eustass Kid did not use any form of visible haki in Wano.

Luffy’s G3 and G5 punches don’t have that, just G4.

Kid isn’t combining magnetism with haki. He’s just coating the bullhorns with haki. It’s different.

Well gear 4 is him fusing his devil fruit with his haki Doflamingo explained it, saying something along the lines of it being rubbery but still hard at the same time.
In Gear 5 he’s using conquerors coating. Which is hardening plus conquerors.

Gear 4 is a lot more emphasis on armament.
In fact it’s one of the reasons he was struggling against Kaido before gear 5 cause he was stressing armament in gear 4 and using conquerors coating while also using obersvation haki. 1042 it shows.

Lol Zoro didn't learn it by watching Luffy and Kaido use it. It took time for Luffy to learn how to do adv CoA and both him and Zoro are geniuses and naturally gifted with haki, they also trained with actual masters of haki.
Kidd never used normal CoA and you want him to be able to use adv CoA, let's be serious please. We don't assume feats, we need proofs

He obviously should be using armament haki, don't think Big Mom can be hurt by metals without haki at all.

But it's not advanced armament for sure, he doesn't know as we saw on rooftop. Only Luffy and Zoro there knew advanced armament haki

You don't learn base CoC, you unlock it then you learn how to control it. As far as we know Zoro can't control it yet, he just releases it. But we know he trains in between islands, he probably asked Luffy for advices to have better control over it. We need to see how he uses it next time.

No reason to think that the bull horns wasn’t normal CoA.

If not, they would surely break/deform when they hit BM.
