In Eustass kidd backstory his crush was killed by the government. In Magneto's backstory his family was killed by the government.

Magneto eventually takes a group of mutants and leads them to fight against the anti-mutant government and citizens.

Eustass leads Killer, Heat, and Wire's gangs to take down and liberate the government who took his crush away from him.

Eustass is Magneto/Malcolm X. Luffy is Professor X/MLK

The power of electromagnetism is insane. Kidd has an admiral level devil fruit. If he can master ACoC and Awakening he could be unstoppable.

Nah. Kid shared the element of magnetism with Magneto, but just like a fire user can range from someone capable of manipulating the literal sun, to Ace, to someone who simply has the power to cast small fireballs, just using the same element means nothing.

Elbaf does have the O’Hara books, which is where Vegapunk learned his ancient kingdom science from.

Everything poor Kid pulled on Onigashima required two hours of running around picking every weapon available from fodders. Imagine the prep time for a mecha with his ability.

Anyway a lot who couldn't/didn't want to see through his portrayal on Sabaody, believed his role on wano would be reduced to fighting Queen or a Tobiroppo, look how it turned out. Nobody not even the most hardcore of his fans thought Oda would give him such a huge bounty and praise via his Golden boy.

It's cope to deny his fruit has huge potential, mostly now that his awakening allows him to magnetise anything (something even Magneto can't) even Big Mom, the most durable Yonko after Kaido, and damage her with Punk Clash, an attack he could barely control.

His DF is like Luffy's initial one. He has to make it worth. Admirals DFs are OP by themselves. Maybe Fujitora is the only one that has to work for it.
