I don't think I've ever seen an advocacy for ethnic cleansing, or even antisemitism. As for him being a nationalist, I don't think that makes one impossible to talk with. I speak with far-left socialists and I can get along with them, why not with a far-righty either? Left does not mean inherently good. Right does not mean inherently bad.
