I like all the people that kept saying lookout isn't a proper role for Carrot because she wasn't exceling in that role.
Ol' Conejo Blanco would be a perfect fit, someone callin out new islands with the same euthusiasm and energy that Luffy has.
And similar to Jinbe, it's their physical abilities that lets them outclass the other members when it comes to their position.
I mentioned it a bit earlier but her physical skills are what bring her to a higher level compared to others who have done the job before. Similar to how Jinbe brought new things to the helmsmen positon with his physicality despite the job being done just fine before he joined.
