The more and more I think about it, the more I wish Big Mom had cut off Killer's arm with Napoleon. Would have added a lot to this battle.
I think the implication here is that the bombs were above her, and she was falling faster than the bombs. So, the explosion from the first bombed launched Big Mom down, and since she weighs a shit ton more than the bombs, she fell faster, and then they fell after the floor collapsed, after her. So, by the time she hit the lava, the bombs hit the ground.
In the manga, it looks like only one bomb fell with her, which the anime removed, so, there's that.

Law's R-Room did nothing, BM's main homies have acted without needing commands. Bad writing and nostalgia bait part 2394959.

This episode confirmed what I’ve been saying since the chapter came out.
BM used ACoC against Kid. People really want to argue she was just using basic CoC for whatever reason. That’s BS.
We know she has ACoC. The CoC is coming from her body. She is actively trying to repel damned punk.
People really want to go to any and every extent to discredit what Kid and Law(especially Kid) did in this fight .
Also Law took out Misery by itself
Whereas BM was actively controlling Misery against Kid. The homies are weak in if themselves, it’s only when BM actively uses them, that they become strong.

Toei uses aura when they want to depict advanced haki typically (be it armament or conqueror's)
Law and Kid don't have advanced haki, so no auras.
Yes, she clearly was using conqueror's haki there. The lightning in the manga makes that clear also. Whether she was trying to repel Kid's attack or not, IDK - upto interpretation I guess.
I think she was moreso focused on getting fodders scared using intimidation factor of conqueror's haki, because she's close to being out of gas and wants soul energy.
Hence why Law says "why be afraid of the last gasps of a dying old hag ?".
That was my interpretation at least.
