Like i said Sanji would choose to die if it means everyone can survive, but Sanji would not fight if it means everyone dies, thats why he would choose to surrender like Heat and Wire did

Kidd pirates were sold cheap to hype Shanks without any other burden. The closest situation for the SHs was Kuma at Thriller bark and of course everybody and their grandmother was ready to sacrifice anything for the golden boy Luffy.

Of course Sanji wouldn't surrender, that would be contradictory to the character after everything that happened, but that's not the point.
In a scenario like this, it's not a question of being brave or not, surrendering or not, if Sanji doesn't have the power and strength necessary to face a Yonko, he will die.

Not sure Sanji will beg, he will try to find a way to save the crew if the crew is in danger but if begging is the only way that this can be done then Sanji will do it. Look at Skypeia Sanji was ready to sacrifice Usopp for Nami and then even sacrificed himself in a cool moment but after sabotaging the ship.
Luffy has run away multiple times from his fights when he knows he can't beat the opponent. Zoro sacrificed his life because he couldn't beat the opponent. Sanji did technically beg for help when he couldnt beat the opponent (Black Maria).
For just himself Sanji would not beg for mercy but for the crew he will do it since he is the kindest.
