He was being setup to be an amazing Gin Ichimaru type antagonist too sigh. I wish he killed Orochi instead of Kaido initially, Kaido killing him felt a bit too sudden and random for me.

i just feel bad for how badly the rest of the scabbards were handled, i wish there were way fewer of them. I can at least make fun of Kawamatsu for doing nothing in Onigashima and meme/hate Denjiro because he stole the kill, but the rest of them were just kinda pathetically written
