As far as my trainings and workshops go, that part of my job is going Perfect.
We do have some political shit going but nothing to make me give a damn.
I get to coach young engineers/tech teams, so that makes up for all the other BS going on.

Why people are hating so much on onigashima and wano? I honestly think this was one of the best arcs we've seen in freaking years, I know it could have been WAAAY better but it was great overall imo

What people don't like is that it was at one point too slow and when it came to the climax it was rushed . Per example the things before the raid were a bit slow but at the climax (kaido, especially BIG MOM) Things were unexplained

Not really. IM not a weapon manufacturer to say the least.
Its basically R&D (Aerospace and IT) using Government, Academia and Private sector. Not just weapons. More like radars, drones, simulators, cyber, UAVs etc.
