Just fall back to haki rule all even if you have a great DF and we already saw one ice attack not work on garp .

Agreed, this will again show that haki>devil fruit, but my point is a logia probably gives the user a durability boost as we have seen during Marco/Vista vs Akainu or Yamato vs Greenbull. So a logia is not useless even against a haki master.

This does not really add up? we saw when zoro and shanks used adv coc people fainted... when garp came flying in and using adv coc the fodder reacted to him coming in( no body fainted), the fodders got right back up to which garp admits he has gotten weaker.

Zoro's CoC is different, prime Garp had old Ray level CoC at best.
