Perma frost, absolute zero, freezing time (hes voiced by Dios actor too), lots of potential. Half of Punk Hazard was permanently frozen over due to him too. The other half turned into a volcanic hellscape by Akainu too.
But there's probably more to Logia awakenings than we expect too. Such as creating sentient life forms potentially, especially if Grus and Karasu are Logias, that means they must be awakened too, as they created sentient life forms with their elements and thus Logias can have Mythical or Paramecia-like qualities even, creating life and doing abstract stuff.

Kuzan was limited how far he could freeze underwater before but with awakening and further mastery of his fruit, I imagine he could potentially go to the main sea floor even!
He could potentially turn others into logia replicants of themselves and make them sort of "golems" for him to weaponise against others?

Smoker was purposefully left out of Lword so he could come and save all the useless marines captured by the BB pirates.
There's no way the marines can escape Garp's ship was literally thrown by Garp and landed on the ground. So unless they have another Garp who can throw the ship onto the sea they are stuck.

Look at the magnitude of their fight lol
Oda would not have top tiers destroy or affect an island on screen like this
Garp vs Kuzan didn't even destroy Beehive or half of it
Luffy vs Kaido didn't destroy the skull even
Only the finishers will be OP to destroy stuff
Even then Oda is yet to show top tiers destroy an island or half of it in 1v1 battle
