So kinemon and yamato will protect wano, and the boy with the mythical dragon fruit will just stay weak? “Strength that can be forgiven” still means that he’s weak I agree,but that is only temporary as oda establishes in the following chapters.

 Momo wants to get stronger to protect wano yes this was before yamato choose to stay but do you really think with this level of determination that momo will just say to himself yamato is here i'll just stay weak ?

gb calls him a pitiful replacement for kaido. You don't think those words would affect momo in the slightest???

I just don't get the shogun downplay yamato had one person to fight (kaido) and from that she had haki blooms to get adv coc and the strength to hold off kaido momentarily. Momo has the scabbards to train him in ryou (hyogoro) if needed, Yamato who is familiar with his fruit and what it can do, and also a adv coc haki user... he has so much around him to make him stronger and you simply think that nothing will come from it...heck we do not even know how busted ama no habakiri will be for him.

People really forgetting the only ship nearby is Garps which he threw into the centre of the island.

Unless they can throw that ship back the way it came no one is escaping.

Just wait until Smoker hears about what's happening and teams up with Luffy to sort this shit out. Remember how Kuzan was explaining normal marines aren't allowed to engage Yonko crews which is why Sword was created, can you really picture Smoker waiting around for that order?

I think they will, but again the idea of Momo to grow to surpass Oden in such a short amount of time is insane. If Momo surpasses Oden it’ll be some epilogue thing but he won’t do it during the actual story narrative.
