- Most of the chapter is Garp whooping their asses including Shiryu
- Kuzan returns and they have a haki clash, Kuzan is send flying
- Shiryu uses this moment to attack Coby, Garp uses a super fast soru to intercept the attack and is stabbed (panel is very similar to Akainu hitting Ace)
- Garp tells Coby Justice will prevail while he coughs up blood

The question is how high his bounty would be if he wasnt head of Revos and if he wasnt an enemy to WG.
We know that all others with higher bounty than Mihawk are either leaders of large organizations or have another bounty-increasing thing.
Mihawk has none of those bounty boosters. Thus, his bounty is referring only to his strength, his own individual.

His strength and his notoriety, yes, that is true.
Mihawk is very powerful.
Honestly see him as the second or first strongest alive, Luffy and/or Dragon might be top 1 but I'm really not sure.
