It's more and more obvious how Oda treats CoC Users (Yonko) better than the other Top Tiers.

Kaidou/Oden > Admirals
Mihawk/Shanks > Admirals
Sengoku/Garp > Admirals
Dragon > Admirals.

Just like the High Tiers, where we have people like Doflamingo/Katakuri & people like Jack - the Top Tier is also a huge spectrum going from Kaidou to Fujitora/Greenbull.

That makes no sense if Garp with advCoC is the one with 3 Bil bounty same as Greenbull.

Coby bounty being exaggerated is cannon information. Others from his rank barely have a star = 100mi bounty. Coby has 5 stars = 500 mi bounty because of his Hero Title.
