Chapter confirms Gojo is holding back and not going for the kill BTW. Which I believe is common sense but I remember someone tryna argue Gojo tried to kill Sukuna with the first purple :suresure:

Gojo notes he crushed his heart, and will go for the lungs and liver and bring him close to death but not kill outright

And among the organs Gojo did not name the brain/head nor imply he'd be going for it, when we know to kill an RCT user you have to go for the brain/head so they can't heal because to direct reverse cursed technique you need your head.

In other words Gojo is holding back and not going for the kill so they can save Megumi.

Thereโ€™s nothing they can be doing?
Technically no. I am not a fan of having their pov either, would much prefer having Gojo and Sukuna's pov, but what they are doing makes sense in verse.

They can't help Gojo, they would just get in his way.
They know Kenjaku has to come to them to end the game because of the new rule he introduced thus staying together gives them much better chances of fighting.
They are staying back and together so that they can quickly attack Sukuna in case he wins because that's the only chance they'd get.

In verse it makes sense, heck even out verse it does. I am just tired of the peanut gallery shouting impossible every 2 pages.

I'm not even saying getting involved. The author can't give us a few more plot points to keep characters busy? Have cool things be happening around this fight? Nothing at all?

the fight was set up since day 1 its more fitting that its watched by the cast i dont see how its shit writing compared to having the characters be busy by something else which wayyy more unoriginal

I don't think so.

The two major plot points now are stopping Sukuna/rescuing Megumi and stopping Kenjaku's merger with Tengen.

They depend on Gojo for the first part, and in the event he defeats Sukuna and/or rescues Megumi they can then go to fight Kenny. In the event Gojo loses they need to be ready for presumably Ui Ui to teleport them there so they can attack Sukuna at once while he's worn down.

Kenjaku cannot merge with Tengen until he finishes the Culling Games.

But he can't destory the barriers either because then he again wouldn't be able to merge with Tengen

And then he introduces the rule that the Culling Games end when Suguru Geto and Megumi are the only surviving members of the game left
Since it's a rule all Culling Game players know about it

That's why he's waited till the start of the fight to make his move. He knows Gojo won't be able to kill him, the students won't be able to go after him and he can lastly come to them

Maki Yuta Hakari Angel Kashimo Higuruma etc are all Culling Game players. This is their best strategy at the moment. Stay together so that Kenny can't easily beat them if he attacks and also be ready to fight off Sukuna in case he wins.

If they go off to fight Kenny and in the same time Gojo loses Sukuna heals and stomps them.
If they go off to do other things on their own, Kenny is stronger than each of them and can kill them, thus weakening them and their attack force in case Sukuna wins, and also being closer to the merger.

I honestly don't see what they could be doing right now. Plus I think this is a way for them to get stronger. Watching the peak of Jujutsu go at each other will leave them with much to learn and improve.

Sukuna stonks done.
Post automatically merged:

The funniest part is Gojo realistically has what 5 moves, RCT Red, Blue Purple, DE and one other move, Sukuna has at least 2 different CT & has been getting shit in my gojo and the dudes expanded 6 domains and won the last 4 outright by pure CE/taijutsu.

You guys seriously believe Gojo will survive this?I think this lacks tension,Sukuna is about to turn the tables imo
if Sukuna can defeat him 2x, Gojo can defeat him aswell. Weโ€™ve only seen 5 physical attacks from Gojo im sure he also has some secrets stored away. We still havenโ€™t seen what a black flash from him would look like.
& Sukuna will take some time to heal himself then his CE. Iโ€™d say about a minutes worth of time at the most to fully heal himself.

I agree, but story wise it makes no sense to have Sukuna lose. That would be a huge let down for a final boss to go down this easily.

heโ€™s not going down easily. Itโ€™s been implied since ch 1 Sukuna would lose in a 1v1 against Gojo.

although Iโ€™ve been cheering for the bad guys to win in the end in this series Gojo just looks better in every aspect here at worse we have Sukuna get him to a point where Kashimo and possibly Hakari save him simultaneously where Kashimo fights him loses and then Yuji defeats him. But the storyline has been telling us Gojo defeats Sukuna in every turn & itโ€™s been evident so far. All he has rn is Maho, not sure how 10s Domain will work against Gojo as well as any other shikigami that we saw him use so far.
We can possibly see Gojo use open to pull new moves out as well as his weapons to counter Gojo but without Maho heโ€™s done for.

so next chapter I think weโ€™ll get a better idea of who will win.

6 domains is a lot and the fights only been going on for what 30 mins haha
