There was this one story about a lesbian bar that got vandalized with the owner and employees threatened because the owner was involved in promoting certain "beliefs" (It's not some white supremacy bs I swear) and the consequences hit the owner and the employees working there pretty hard. Pretty much no one really cared about it.

...because if they tried to shoot me I'll just grab my gun in this exact moment and fire my bullet in the right angle so it directly hits the bad guy's bullet and incapacitates it mid air.
It's going to look like a CoC clash irl.
For this to work tho every good guy must be permitted to open carry meaning everyone walks around with at least 2 ak47 strapped to their belt.

Trust me.I live in one of the most dangerous places in the world.Only fools think having a firearm makes them have an upper hand.Gun fights are fast,chaotic and brutal.You can be a top tier operator and still get killed by a kid/drug addict with a mouse gun in a self defense situation.I'm all pro self defense and legal firearm ownership,but people that feel like you described are immature people that lack real experience about real self defense situations.Most police officers around here walk without their guns and id when in plain clothes,because they don't want to engage in close range firefights when off duty.Close quarters gun fights are too dangerous.
