Going by the flashback of his first class, Garp cares about the futures of people in general. Every single young marine is thus the futures of the marines.

That doesn't hold up when we have seen 2 of Zoro's ancestors and heard about 2 or 3 others. They were samurais trained in the land of Wano, some, like Ushimaru, before Kaido took the place, and yet none of them were near Zoro's current level.

The Ryuma stuff makes for cool parallelism but is no detriment to the character given how clearly simply descending from him can also amount to being born Yasuie.

We onyl know about 1 that wa swordman an old man and he is not confirmed dead.

But ACoC isn't just a better technique. It straight up makes the user far stronger. It gives far better AP and durability. It's much more versatile. I wouldn't also say that he's definitely above all commanders now but I think he's definitely at the level whilst easily beating low commanders like Jack and so on.
Also, how strong do you think is Pizzaro? Low commander? Commander level? Because Koby would have beaten Pizzaro with his new power imo. So it's guaranted to claim Koby > Pizzaro rn.

Koby definitely has the technique, now it's the question whether Koby needs more technique or more physical training. He's basically already a young Garp though.

My ranking: Luffy > Zoro > Yamato > Koby ~ Sanji.

But by unlocking ACoC - if he even unlocked this one - he'll surpass Yamato soon. His potential is crazy.

Infusing your armament haki with conquerors just increases its power depending on the strength of your conquerors. The strength of your conqueror depending on your overall strength. We also don’t know how large his haki pool

Also Garp and Koby’s impact attacks are definitely more than just simple punches infused with conquerors but a specific technique. We’ve seen luffy and big mm punch with conquerors and other characters like Yamato and kaido infuse it with their blunt attacks. Impact is a unique technique

I don’t think Koby went from fodder to high commander level because of either even tho he has the most potential out of any marine.
As for how he compares to characters like Jack, Pizarro, and sanji I don’t think Koby is on the level of the commanders yet. Also don’t think Pizarro is top 3 Blackbeard pirates
