If Coby did it without AdCoC, then that means Coby's physical strength has transcended to a whole new level. Dude legit might be the most physically powerful character in the series.
But you see, it's impossible for it to be straight physical strength, because physical strength doesn't bloom, under extreme circumstances. Only Haki does.
Now of course, it could just be CoA, but that would be an insane amount of internal destruction being utilized on an object of that size. Coby has always been highlighted as being proficient in CoO, so this sudden increase of absurd CoA coming out of nowhere, doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
AdCoC on the other hand has been proven to provide an enormous strength boost. It's honestly the only thing that fits, given the circumstances.
