Depends on the Black Lighting

we've had Black Lightning without CoC before

Adv. CoC is usually like this:

If it's a physical attack / blunt weapon attack = force field generatred around the attack, not actually touching (like Luffy, Kaido and Big Mom)

if it's a sword or cutting weapon attack = leaking haki / black lightining with thicker lines than normal hardening (like Shanks, Zoro and Roger)

Yeah I feel like the monster trio fights aren’t going to be about their opponents being stronger but by their opponents making the monster trio weaker.
