With this chapter Oda made it clear that Smoker is not that guy, Koby is.

It's conqueror's haki when Oda draws these "ztt" sound effects alongside the black lightning. When there is no sfx it probably isn't (besides the cases like with Luffy, Kaido etc. when the character is already confirmed to have it).

Galaxy impact also has the sfx. I still think that Coby has conqueror's haki but it's really small, he awakens it right before the punch.

This is definitely the weakest of the Hachinsou chapters focusing on Garp's invasion imo

I could have said Franky but where is the hype in being stronger than him?
Sanji is strong and being stronger than him is a real feat, not to 1000 characters before

Overall I'm actually quite disappointed in the Yonko Commanders in the grand scheme of things

Yonko Commanders seemed so hype back in Marineford, they've really fallen from grace, and I expect them to keep looking worse as the manga goes on tbh.

If there is one thing I hope the live action changes that would be Tashigi's character. Oda has given more love and care to villains & unlikable characters to the point its beyond absurd.
