inconsistently used. Half times visible, other times not. Sometimes has black sparks

no difference between CoA sparks

not even shown whenever characters use it

That's CoA, black lighting doesn't necessarely mean he is using CoC
They even talk about CoA haki, how Katakuri's is better in this chapter

We see attacks that look like that and even garp attack don't look like it use ACoC.

Very confusing right??? It’s literally no other explanation… because it’s not advanced armament. Hopefully Oda gives us another flashback or something because I would have to agree it’s not making sense.

Coby has god tier potential.
Would had been cool if he eats a DF, so he won't be a copy of Garp imo.
Such as the Yuki Yuki fruit.. that would solidly the passing of the torch even more.
