Garp was ready to take on the fight with coby and co.

And, then compare that Garp with Garp who got pierced.

Drastic change in his situation and his portrayal.

Even after that Garp and kuzan punched eachother and both went flying....

He one shot Curiel, Jinbe, Ivankov, and blew Whitebeard's brains and hearts out.

Literally Garp couldn't one shot Pizarro, Wolf, or Shiryu despite landing clean hits on them. Kuzan by comparison one shot both Pizarro and Wolf with ease. Garp also got brutally stabbed by Shiryu while Kuzan ignored a stab from Whitebeard and Kizaru received a papercut from Rayleigh.

No matter how you slice it, Garp is just objectively pathetic compared to an Admiral. Hell Ryokugyu took an AdCoC blow from Yamato to the face with no injury. Lol

So FA Akainu >= prime Garp is also possible

i said it many time but Admirals fandom were coping , Aokiji never got a single advantage against Old Garp but got wasted in a single clash and went to body pizarro and then he fell down .

1/ Aokiji used his attack which didn't work and got blitzed and sent down hell .

2/ an off screen clash where Aokiji never got to be seen , the fodders considered Garp to be someone who is hard to beat and who stood up each time against them not to mention he was soloing Other Teach commanders meanwhile Aokiji was sent down again .

3/ Aokiji stalemated a CoA weakened Old Garp only after Shiryu stabbed him , funnily enough it was mentioned Garp got Weakened TWO TIMES and only then Fodders got their confidence back but beforehand even with Aokiji around they didn't dare to dream about that .

4/ Aokiji got blitzed and punched like a fodder lmao with a nameless No CoA Punch, and this is a weakened and stabbed Garp btw who went of his way to body bag Pizarro and leave the left work for Koby .

5/ in the Last Panel Garp is down with An Ice saber piercing him with All Teach commanders surrounding him with Aokiji .

Portrayal is clear @LANJI CUCKSMOKE is right about Old Legends and Admirals.

I don’t think that current Garp is stronger than Kuzan
old age is a significant factor
He’s still an absolute beast but his time was over
I bet the other BBP members wouldn’t beat him
Kuzan was his demise
