It took place in India, a group of very young looking "men" (more like teenagers) was raping a woman in her twenties, these kids acted like it's some sort of fun pastime and didn't even know how to use "it" properly for lack of experience, they legit looked like they were 14 or 15.

There are 3.7 million Afghan refugees in Pakistan and only 1.32 million of them are registered.
Pakistan is only 24.22% the size of India (i.e., India is 76 times bigger than Pakistan).
Afghans also commit crimes here, but they are punished for their crimes.
