After the tremendous difference between Old Garp and Shiryu, you guys should already have deduced the way a fight between Zoro and Kizaru would be like.
Anyway since it's been a long time since Kizaru did anything in the story, any character he's going to face will only be used as a hypertool. That excluding Luffy of course.

most likely the CP-0 will participate in the final Egghead battles and they will be...on our side ofc...
It's something like Luffy + Lucci vs Saturn and Zoro + Kaku vs Kizaru
and random matchups with Seraphim and random vice admirals and strawhat pirates/satellites
maybe Lillith + SHPs vs York + BBPs invaders
probably no full fledged fights, except maybe a whole chapter + crumbs dedicated to the Luffy/Zoro/Lucci/Kaku team-up
anything else is plainly not logical

This is Luffy Piece sadly, so there's one possible outcome: Luffy vs Kizaru and Saturn while Sanji and Zoro handle the fodders like two good housecleaners.
Sanji will probably not have fullfilling 1v1 this arc.
He does not fight every arc like Zoro and Luffy. Skypea, PH, Whiskey peak, Dressrosa, WCI are arc where he did not fight anyone worthy.
And he just get a 1v1 in Wano.
Therefore if Saturn is a fighter it’s gonna be :
-Luffy vs Saturn
-Zoro vs Kizaru.
If Saturn is not a fighter or if his time to fight is not now, it’s gonna be :
-Luffy vs Kizaru
-Zoro vs any 2 crowns marine.
If i’m wrong and Sanji fights someone this arc, I think it will either be one of the BB pirates (Lafitte?) or a CP-9 member.
