And it wouldn’t be hilariously bad writing if the entire reason for the exist of the story is an irrelevant Logue town civilian. What reason would Roger have for turning himself in why would Roger claim he wouldn’t die if he didn’t plan to start new age and thus have more inheritors to his will.
