Garp call his wounded as scratches. Garp say this is nothing after getting slabbed last chapter.
Katakuri slabbed himself but I don’t see saying katakuri is now 90% hp away after his slabbed.
Why the heck you take fodder words over Kuzan and garp . Fodder are literally creditless on character strength , they got easily fooled by fake straw hats pirates. Fodder marines say mihawk is world strongest swordman slash and it got blocked by jozu . Yet you rehect fodder words as power level .
It is not complicated to understand .

That's why using the strategy of claiming that the attack was "nothing" is the best option. However, it doesn't change the fact that the attack took a significant toll on Garp's endurance.
