There is nothing wrong with Goat, he doesn't make troll topics, and he doesn't go and harass other users.

I know some people probably don't like him spamming likes but honestly who cares, it's not like it actually hurts anyone.

As for him posting lewd pictures, is it him just posting sexy female pictures? Because I don't see any problem with that, but if it's him always posting pictures of female characters naked or actual porn pics then I agree that is a problem and if he keeps doing it then yeah maybe he should get perma banned.

Also Goat so far isn't even as bad as Finalbeta, there were plenty of issues with that user and spamming likes was not one of them.
