- Dont need an explanation. But for some reason Mahito and Kenjaku outshine him when it comes to being a villain. Currently, it seems like Kenjaku is using him for his own goals.

Personally, I liked S1 because of Mahito.
Kenjaku and Sukuna dont have that unique personality. That's why culling game was not as good as Shibuya or other arcs.

Same tier for those with very small differences. Maybe you could bump up Kenny a bit above them for me but that's it. In tier placement isn't necessarily indicative of the ranking.
