Mahito >~ Geto > Sukuna > Naoya > Kenjaku ~ Toji


Mahito just slightly edges out Geto so far. Depending on how the anime treats them both, they might switch places

Sukuna is this high up mostly because he's straight up evil and can back it up. But he's as deep as a puddle as far as character development goes

Naoya as human was probably the second best villain. But Sakurajima ruined him.

This is really tough. JJK has a great antagonisat cast, and my answer on this probably changes by the day.

For now I'd say:

Sukuna when he literally has to beat any other JJK villain in terms of writing and stuff

I believe Geto/Kenjaku is set up to be the final villain, where he will consume Sukuna, but overall I would have to say Mahito. He was born to be a menace, and he always got the better against yuji and people close to him.

Mahito clears, but the thing that made him great was how he challenged Yuji. He flipped everything Yuji believed in and broke him.

Also gave Yuji speech at the end of their fight so much weight. None of the villains have really had that kind of dynamic and it's probably (partly) why Yuji character has sort of gotten boring.

Sukuna is more menacing and is portrayed as a much larger threat than any of the four (likely all of them combined) but he's very 1-Dimensional as of now and needs more imo.

1 dimensional =\= bad.

Frieza is very 1 dimensional, yet he’s one of the best anime villains. Sometimes it’s nice to have a villain who’s unapologetically evil

Sukuna ain't one dimensional. He's got every quality that the other villains have; it's just that he's too perfect to appeal to the readers. Sukuna is what Mahito, Geto, etc would be if they hit their peak potential as villains.
