We both know it's not that simple. Zoro rarely ever gets put into fights where it's strength vs strength. It's usually about overcoming a gimmick when it comes to Zoros fights. Take another High Tier, and give them a crazy gimmick, and they will push Zoro all the same.

Unless Saturn or the Seraphim get involved, Zoro probably passes through this arc just like Dressrossa or FMI.

Another possibility is if one of the VAs is a Zodiac, which means they're probably stronger than the likes of King/Tamato.

The only VAs that can be stronger than King can be the Admiral candidates but even then that is debatable. But the C3 themselves were VAs previously so there is no reason that the current ones can't be similarly powerful.

Oda can always shit on power scale whenever he wants, however he wants. Would seem stupid though when he has spent the whole arc hyping King Jrs.
