Gotta say though even if that scene in the ED was canon I already have a counter.

A. There was a lot of time inbetween the hug and when they're about to set sail

B. It would be incredibly easy for Conejo to either play along and sneak aboard later and get into Caribou's barrel or get accidentally snagged by him.

It's the perfect recipe for a flashback explanation.

I haven't watched it yet because nothing is working LOL. No crunchyroll, no anime sites. A few low quality japanese were available so I'd rather wait.

While Sanji's fight finale was a pretty great episode, with the additions and the little flashbacks and stuff

(even though i saw some Sanji fans mad at some things about it)

it's kinda fucked up how much more money Toei put into Zoro's and Luffy's man lmao
