Ofc compositions are fine, but classical compositions come from a time period where modern countries didn't exist and would not qualify (nobody could pick Mozart or Bethoven).
If there are artists that do orchestral music, they're welcome. Then it's up to the voters to decide.

why are you being so rude? i'm not trolling. i already said i'm not participating because i don't want some internet strangers to know where i live.
and fyi, classical compositions are being written right now by professional composers. and were written throughout the 20th century.
example:
is it a song? yes. is it a classical composition? yes. who composed it? rautavaara. when did he compose it? 1973. did finland exist in 1973? it did.
