Well Issho can't be defeated as he's a good guy (but if he is defeated it's by Cross Guild)
Aramaki could be defeated but likely next arc by Cross Guild or Shanks
Kizaru is going to be defeated here and now
But they've been held off from losing due to being newer to the story and less prominent than others like Kaidou (and Kizaru hasn't gone all out yet, we need to see him go all out before he falls)

The whole problem is people not taking seriously the "this is my peak" statement from Luffy(and of course Oda the author himself) while also thinking that Kaido was extremely nerfed to be defeated by G5 Luffy.
