I don't think he has either Haki or natural defense close to Kaido so it is unlikely he can no sell it.
Kizaru best chance is just to block attacks.
( Although the toon force maybe can bypass normal blocks).

All admirals are near equals. From what I remember Kizaru is only marginally stronger than Kuzan for example. The difference between Fujitora and Greenbull won't be huge either.
