You can make the same argument for Garp though.

Garp straight up ignored him in this panel and went after Pizarro.

And Garp even asked Kuzan to come back to the navy lol.

You can easily make the argument Garp held back by using Blue Hole and not punching Kuzan in the face.

No wonder he's so fucked up. I thought S-Hawk just wrecked an awakened zoan, but he might've fought S-Snake and S-Hawk
