How in the hell Akainu who has a very good CoA ( barrier Haki , probably advanced tho) and he sems like having good Coo, also add all the martial artist techniques ecc..,can be Snack level.

dfs don't make a difference if you got top tier haki. top tier haki can prob cancel any kind of df power, likely how garp made it into top tiers. so they should still be top tiers.

like bm her fruit is useless if you not fodder/low tier yet she has hardest skin likely because of advanced top tier coa.
