This amounts to nothing since Zoro then says he can’t damage lunarians with flame mode on

Zoro says this himself

also THIS DOESNT MATTER

Zoro never cut Flame mode king. It factually didn’t happen in the manga so editor notes don’t matter as IT NEVER FUCKING HAPPENED

This argument is you claiming that Oda is supposedly writing Zoro with any level of care… that Oda intentionally has Zoro fail to do anything he ever wants in a 150 chapter long arc so that Oda can claim Zoro cutting King is a bigger deal than anything Zoro said he wanted

Zoro wants to visit Ryuma’s grave?

Oda: “no no no, who cares about that, Zoro cut king, this is better than that thing Zoro said he wants to do”

Zoro wants to avenge Yasu

Oda: “no no no, who cares about that, Zoro cut king, this is better than that thing Zoro said he wants to do”

Zoro wants to cut down Kaido?

Oda: “no no no, who cares about that, Zoro cut king, this is better than that thing Zoro said he wants to do”

Zoro wants to gather the samurai?

Oda: “no no no, who cares about that, Zoro cut king, this is better than that thing Zoro said he wants to do”

Zoro wants Nidai Kitetsu?

Oda: “no no no, who cares about that, Zoro cut king, this is better than that thing Zoro said he wants to do”

This is your argument. That actually Wano was good arc for Zoro because despite him doing nothing he wants, this one thing, cutting King compensates for an arc of failure

YET ZORO NEVER CUTS FLAME MODE KING EVER

Your entire claim for that Oda is justified in wasting 150 chapters for Zoro is based on SOMETHING HE NEVER FUCKING DID
:milaugh::milaugh::milaugh:
Bro getting so angry, I am not justifying Oda I already said he missed and messed up quite a lot of plot lines. I also was bewitched by the ZKK theory, so the disappointments are there. I am just pointing out what I feel to be somewhat relevant whenever character development is thrown around.

What I respect is Oda's guts, he went for something like G5 for Luffy and he ain't worried about how well it will be received by the fandom.

As for the Lunarian thing, the Egghead shit is just fucking plot. Luffy and Zoro got hit with even worse PIS than BM against Law and Kid. It is true that no Flame On Lunarian (King or Seras) has been damaged on panel. But there are quite a lot of questions that suggest that Lunarians are not invincible in Flame On mode.
1. Why was King damaged in the flashback? If Lunarians are truly invincible then why does King have bandages on?
2. Why did VP say that the Seras have not been tested against lasers? Even they are not sure what level/type of damage can be tanked?
3. Why King started blocking? Out of all the people he is the only one who should the know the most about the the limits of his own body?
4. How did the Lunarians become extinct?

One Piece characters in general are shallow if you compare them to character driven stories, because that's not what they are meant to ne
Yes and yet they are one of the most popular, "deeper" characters are not always required.

Because Zoro cut him with his flame mode off

anyway, I can now see that you are intent on riding Oda’s dick to the very end…

I guess we are done. My argument is that Oda wrote Zoro badly. Your argument is that Oda wrote Zoro badly but it doesn’t matter because some imaginary feat that didn’t happen is supposed to be considered compensation… for not happening

You are wasting your time, agenda man will never see what they dont want to see. As for zoros character he is fine, no need to try something too complex and end up in hyperventilation
Agreed

I didn’t say he hates Zoro, I said he systematically wrote expectations regarding Zoro, and INTENTIONALLY didn’t deliver

this is the big part of my argument, I think Oda knew Zoro would never get Nidai… He knew when he was writing that scene of Luffy trolling Zoro with Nidai that Fans Want Zoro to get Nidai, and that he WILL NEVER GET IT

And this repeats for all the plot lines Zoro has.

you’re lying to yourself if you believe Oda doesnt know that when he writes things like Zoro saying “I want that sword” that Oda isn’t intending for fans to expect that Zoro will get the sword

like either you’re lying to yourself or you’re willfully riding Oda’s dick… fans didn’t make Zoro say he wants Nidai… Oda did… And Oda did this to create the expectation in fans that Zoro will get it
He might still get nidai and he probably visit the grave. Unless you think SH never going back to Wano

If thats true Oda really is a clown if nobody gets Nidai and doesn't have flashback of Ryuma grave
Oda is already a clown for the other like 5 plot lines in Wano that went nowhere for Zoro… Zoro isn’t going back to Wano to RE-GATHER the samurai… Zoro isn’t going back to RE-AVENGE yasu

the damage of Wano is done… Going back literally can’t fix anything the mess of an arc that it was

I think he saving Ryuma grave flashback to when Zoro about to unlock black blade. Its stupid though

If Zoro is to unlock a black blade against mihawk, shouldn’t the fact that mihawk already has a black blade be what spurs it on

now that Wano is over and black blades didn’t matter the entire arc, I don’t see how the grave of Ryuma holds any secrets we wouldn’t have gotten in the Wano arc itself

Ofcourse Mihawk having a Black blade will spur it on. It will make Zoro keep wondering how both of them have it
