United Nations has stopped death panalities for criminals. This is the only way for Police to do things.
Luckily, or unluckily, this is happening in my area too (cases are not many, 2-3 per year)
Unluckily because giving too much authority to police can complicate things in other cases; like property disputes, etc.

But these weirdoes deserve this!

And people welcome the IG police to their villages like a hero, possibly reward them too.
I live here and didn't know this 😑

Can't see what's in the tweet. Who's the IG police?

Thanks!
And you're not the first one mentioning NUST as slave workers lol. I have a colleague with me who worked as BDM for NUST. She tells the same.
It is worst!

They didnt specify my job role and showed the contract after one month to get my sign.
Contract mentioned that you cant resign during on-going semester.
Luckily, I joined during summer break.

They told me directly that you are here for experience and no one stay here for years.

I resigned on 10th of next month!

Didnt even say good bye to Lab Head. Later, he blocked me for not even meeting him before leaving. Like I care 🤣

Lmao, i can relate a bit since NUST and NASTP both have "That" element in it.

The divisions under NASTP also have this slave worker thing where the chief directors sometimes call their teams on Sundays for a pretty useless meeting (they love meetings and i mean really really LOVE meetings that have no conclusion)

Sad actually
