Depends on the person and their mental resources
I need to people to prioritize life than wasting it 🤦.
Like my grandmother expired when my dad was just 4. It was a horrific car accident , limbs , hands , head , everything here and there and he sorta witnessed it.
But my dad told me , they carried on with their life the very next moment after the funeral. Cuz they got a life to live , work to stay busy and earn. There really wasn't much time doing deep thinking and suffering. They moved on right away. I don't know if that was a good or bad thing to do.

The US drives me insane as a country I live in, but, yeah, they were way better than the German nazis. Japanese camps in the US weren't that bad, though still sad and wrong.

My point is China and Russia.

If you consider Russia and China to be on the Allies' side in WW2, they were both murdering their own citizens even harder than Hitler did. Mao and Stalin were just as crazy and evil as Hitler. Back then, the US still had some decent leadership.

That all ended when the US decided to pick up the remnants of nazi Germany and give them high scientific positions within the government.

And then the US decided to start blowing up the Middle East and dropping napalm on Vietnamese kids... hehhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I feel like WW2 just broke humanity and that we've never recovered from all the fucked up things that happened during it
I think Hitler was uniquely insane. Others might have killed more, but I think Hitler’s unique racist ideology made him more dangerous.

And had he been allowed to carry out his plans, he would have probably killed more people than Stalin or Mao.

He failed because he met another uniquely insane clown , who started sending random citizen to war until winters 🤧🤡
