First of all, I am shocked to hear that Spainish government can't remove him from his post. This is absurd.

Only way he can be removed is through a tribunal order which means law suit. And, he is ready to go to court..


Now here is the deal - if we think he committed sexual assault then how we can let anyone go just after resigning? Why not file charges against him?
