Lucci using awakening while Vegapunk explained devil fruits, all of the light technology on Egghead (the light monsters, lazers, light gloves, etc).

There's also no strong logias other than the admirals and blackbeard.

Blackbeard's fruit is so different from normal logias too that I don't think Oda would use it as the template which means that if the admirals don't show logia awakening no one will.
