One Piece is currently in its Final Saga. Providing Oda doesn’t pull 2 Wanos, I don’t see it going on for another decade. Kinda unfortunate since part of me doesn’t want it to end, but it will eventually.
You were implying Inaki was 30 already. He’s only 20 now (source), and in a decade he’ll be 30. He’s still young. 30 is still young.
CGI will probably advance even further by that time, so they could use editing to make him look younger, similar to what they did in Gemini Man.

The Live Action series won't last that long, even if it's perfect and watched by many.
That's simply because most series only get less viewers over time, it's not in constant growth. So it's not in the interest of the studio to keep making it.
So Netflix's strategy has always been to invest in an IP, bring in the fans for a few seasons and then drop it once there isn't that same level of interest from the start of the series.

I don’t think I ever made a comparison, that’s just how it works. The same applies to the anime, although it’s long enough already with the pacing and filler. 
But what is the reasoning?
It will take years to get to where we are in the manga, and it's not even said that they will.
