Right?! I have always wondered if Kizaru is pretending to be dense/slow so people underestimate him too, hence the "unclear justice" motif he has too.
Kizaru was probably chosen specifically because hes so familiar with Vegapunk and Sentomaru and thus their technology/work too ofc.
I expected Kizaru to be more conflicted than this but he seems to embody the pragmatism of science and thus scientists too funnily enough and using it against them too ironically lol.
Kizaru has always had the vibe of being much smarter than he lets on and much more dangerous than he lets on if he gets serious/focuses too.
Ironically, Kizaru will be going into Egghead the "least blind" on what to expect and thus prepare for. I think this is why Fujitora or Green Bull have not been sent either, well we know what Green Bull has been up to instead ofc but Fujitora and Smoker are still AWOL and a complete mystery for some reason.
Although Vegapunk does have anti-gravity related tech funnily enough. Fujitora was also probably not sent because he might help Vegapunk and or he would probably spam meteors lmfao.
