Sorry but base Luffy with no ACoC dodged and survived a thunder bagua, and also had enough power in his punches to make Kaido dodge his attacks. I don't think YC level characters like Doflamingo, Jack or neko and Inu can do the same...

Luffy is a peer to prime garp right now.

He's much stronger than old Garp who couldn't get a solid KO on any BBP.

In databooks, Old Garp is faster than every active pirate.

We saw that at Hachinosu. Garp is faster than Big Mom and Kaido

There's absolutely 0 chance Akainu is higher up on the villain ladder than Blackbeard.

The guy with a power only seen for the first time in 800 years, is not a third villain.

It's Imu>Blackbeard > Akainu.

Akainu doesn't have the charisma, the ambition, or the powerset to be above BB

I think if the Navy got beaten so bad that they ceased to be a faction by the final battle, because Akainu committed literally the whole Navy to Raftel and they got beaten out of existence, that would make Akainu look like the biggest retard in the history of fiction lol.

I would prefer Kizaru tripping over a banana peel and dying in Egghead to that lmfao.
