Is there even proof that he really got silenced? All we have confirmed is that he seemingly can vote in his role PM. Could have even commuted himself or pretending to be silenced. Saying that this must automatically be coming from scum is lacking an actual basis.

People saying other players are 100 % cleared without having any mechanical reasons for saying this don't look great to me. I did played a game back then with the certain condition as a Conditional Townie, something happening when certain Townie die then I will have one ability unlocked.
